Submit Contract?

Very silly question... Where should we submit the contract? I tried to submit it on Git but it seems that there is no "Issues" option under the contract template.

Thanks for posting this to the discussion board!!!! @CynthiaJiao You can submit your contracts as an issue in the newly-created repo.

If you make your contract a private repo, you'll need to grant me read access to it.
