Unity Package support

The extension doesn't seem to be working for packages, eg: https://docs.unity3d.com/Packages/com.unity.entities@1.3/manual/systems-systemapi-query.html

Since there is a lot of stuff in official packages now it would be very helpful.

Maybe just store the version of the page the comment was written for and display them all but mark older versions as outdated?

I have a version of this extension which has some fixes, but I've yet to find the time to publish it and talk to the other author who maintains the safari side. I'll try to find time to get that together this week! Thanks!
