[Feature]: User management via “Fælleskommunal Adgangsstyring” (FK/AD integration) #18

@MIF-OS2udoglaer

Description

@MIF-OS2udoglaer

Background

The goal is to centrally manage user access and ensure proper user hygiene, such that employees who are no longer employed automatically lose access. Integration with Fælleskommunal Adgangsstyring (FK/AD) would allow users to log in with their local municipal credentials, simplifying access for relevant users and reducing administrative overhead for system administrators.

This approach ensures that access rights are kept up-to-date and secure while providing a smoother login experience for employees across municipalities. This would also improve GDPR-compliance.

Acceptance Criteria

Proposed discussion points for coordination group

  • Integrate user authentication with FK/AD to allow login via local municipal accounts.
  • Ensure that access rights can be centrally managed and automatically updated when employees leave.
  • The solution should support role-based access or equivalent permissions for different user types.
  • The integration must comply with relevant security and privacy requirements.
  • Discuss how this integration will affect existing user accounts and workflows.
