[Feature]: Enable recurring periods #19
Description
Background
Currently, content with a given periode are associated with a specific year, which causes them to be automatically unpublished at the end of that period. This limits visibility for courses that are relevant in multiple years.
Introduce recurring periods, allowing multiple periods to be set for the same course (e.g., May–June 2025 and May–June 2026).
This would ensure that courses remain accessible without requiring manual re-publication each year.

- If recurring periods are implemented, allow multiple periods to be added per course with clear start and end dates.
- Ensure that the frontend correctly displays courses for all relevant periods.
- Discuss any impacts on search, filtering, and notifications for upcoming courses.
