[Feature]: Allow saving a new course as draft without completing all required fields #20
Description
Background
Currently, when creating a new piece of content, users are required to fill in all fields marked with a star (*) in order to save. This prevents content creators from saving a draft if certain information, such as images, is not yet available. Allowing a course to be saved as a draft without completing all required fields would enable users to focus on writing text and adding other details first, and complete remaining fields later.
This would improve workflow flexibility and reduce the risk of losing partially completed content.
Acceptance Criteria
- Users must be able to save a piece of content as a draft without completing all star-marked fields.
