[Feature]: Improve guidance and validation for video thumbnail uploads #25
Description
Background
Currently, when a course provider or higher inserts a video, there is little guidance indicating that a thumbnail image should be uploaded. Since the thumbnail field is not mandatory, the result can be a video display with a broken image and a play button, which may be confusing for providers.
Improving guidance and/or making the thumbnail field required could prevent display issues and ensure a better user experience for both content creators and end users.
Acceptance Criteria
- When a user inserts a video, helper text or tooltip must be displayed to explain that a thumbnail image should be uploaded.
- If no thumbnail is provided by the user, the system should automatically insert a default placeholder image.
- The video upload functionality must continue to work as expected.
