Setting XiGridMode

pGridMode is currently extracted from the given p coordinates. The calculation is run with the default xiGridMode however, and if this is going to be changed, a method has to be found with which the xiGridMode can be extracted from the coordinates similarly to pGridMode.

The introduction of code parameters is planned for the NORSE_actor (issue #17 ), where the grid modes can be set. A possible workaround for extracting xiGridMode can be if the set gridmode would be read from codeparams every iteration. This would ensure that the grid is the same every iteration, (other grid parameters could be read in, such as nP, nXi, pGridMode, etc.) without the need to extract this information from the grid vectors given from the previous time step.
This method would imply that the grid stays the same throughout the simulation.
