Remove the need for NORSE actor folder location in PYTHONPATH #32
Description
At the moment the current NORSE_actor folder has to be added to the PYTHONPATH variable for the program to find the different python and Matlab scripts. This is not a viable solution for the release and this has to be reviewed.
