Inconsitent usage of normalized rho coordinate #72
Description
The advance_runaway_population function requires he plasma profiles structure and a separate normalized rho coordinate as input (amongst others). When this function is called, the rho input is taken from the plasma profiles structure, but on the function level an inconsistency is present. This should be fixed by removing the separate input for rho_normalized and replace it with the rho stored in the plasma profiles.
