Add tests #1
Description
The current nodelet is missing tests, we need tests for:
- Playing back a rosbag
- Recording a rosbag
- Playing back, stopping and playing back a rosbag
- Switch between playback and recording modes
- Playing back an non-existing rosbag
- Recording to an invalid location
