Add Bullet Points

some kind of implementation of a bullet point list - Maybe unnecessary as dashes - exist, but there's potential confusion and bullet points are more aligned with the rest of the editor's features. Could be done with a shorcut/sidebar button combo like headers, or automatically when starting a line with - . Also need to see if document.execCommand has some kind of trivial-to-implement command for this.
