Is it possible to implement labels for the Home entity?
For example, it would be nice, to show the total Energy consumption (kWh) of the day.

I'm probably not going to add support for this tbh. There just isn't a good way to do it with how the card is laid out.

You can add labels anywhere in the grid/pv/battery areas - they don't have to be related to those and they can have their own icons and colours to differentiate.

You can also set a device to any entity to become a label. It can also have its own colour and icon to differentiate from devices. It will not be included on power calculations as long as it's not a power device class.

Give the latter a try, maybe there is a way I can make that differentiate even more which I can think about.

Alright yes, I see the issue. My idea was to reserve some space around the Home entity for these labels, in case one or more are provided.

Placing the Home Energy entity in the grid/PV/battery area does not make sense to me.

Using devices as the anchor could work, but it is not really aligned with the intended use case.

Perhaps you have another idea, and we will see it reflected in the card someday. 😉
