Fully featured dashboard to visualize and manage all your datas

To be ready for production Wabe need a good dashboard to read, create, update and delete datas for each classes. 

In a second time we will add some other features like permissions reading, graphql dashboard etc.

The stack of this new package (`wabe-dashboard`) will be NextJS and NextUI for the front with test using playwright and storybook.
