feat: create package for benchmark

It could be interesting to create a new package in the monorepo to conduct some benchmarks and investigate performance improvements.

The first step is to create the package and run it with, for example, multiple scenarios (100,000 create objects with GraphQL API, 100,000 create objects with database controllers, 100,000 updates, etc.).

In a second step, we will add some other libraries to compare with them.

Examples of external libraries:

• Trailbase
• Supabase
• Parse Server
