Estimate Sync time #892
Description
Right now, when we sync, we only have the current best block.
It would be good to:
- Also have the target block (afaik not exposed by any RPC right now, so request it): When syncing, add target block via RPC substrate#5727
- Once we have target block, also estimate total sync time. For example, we could take 30s, see how blocks are synced, and extrapolate with that data.
