Improve bootstrap.sh output and usability

Improve bootstrap.sh readability and usability by:

• Cleaning up output
• Adding confirmation prompts before important actions
• Using color for success, warnings, and errors
• Showing a spinner while long tasks run

These should work on a fresh Debian install without extra dependencies.
