Immediate disconnection when launching Discord.exe or Ubisoft Connect (upc.exe) – works fine in browser

Thanks to @patterniha for the great work.
Problem:

launching Discord.exe or upc.exe ( ubisoft connect launcher ) will lead to immidiate disconnection despite ubisoft.com & discord.com opens from web search.

Here is the related photo for discord. ( please note that the real tests were without Proxifier , the latter is used only for demonstration )
