Add 'add to wallet' when claimed

Description and Objective

After a link has been claimed, there should be an option to add the chain & the token to the connected wallet.

###Acceptance Criteria

• Implement a 'click here' button to add the token & chain to the wallet
• Adherence to this style guideline
