USB Mass Storage on v2.3 - SD Card is not showing up in Windows...

After installing everything into their respective locations on the SD Card and onto the PicoCalc, bringing up the Loader menu with F1, inserting the micro-USB cable into the Pico, Windows immediately fails the USB, claiming- Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed).

Additionally, multiple attempts of menu loading PicoMiteAllVersions 6.00.03, result in a black screen compiled with the Pico2W build.
This same PicoMite build works okay after flash_nuke, followed by normal BOOTSEL upload.

With regard to USB mounting of the SD card, I am seeing the same behavior on Windows. It does work on my Linux boxes, though.

Yes, it does not work.
The reason is: Device Descriptor Request Failed.
