Incorporate an AI agent for NCIt questions

I have created a local agent for testing in my development environment.

I thought it would be useful to have an agent that could be asked about codes, synonyms, definitions, etc. from the NCI Thesaurus (NCIt). The information can be used to determine what codes are available, how they map to SDTM topic variables, qualifiers, synonym qualifiers, etc. This can also aid in designing CRF pages.

The agent can also assist in mapping NCIt defined codes to CDISC Library defined biomedical concepts and data set speecializations.

The code can also be included in any future BC mapping tools that are created to aid in the creation of new CDISC Library BIomeidcal Concepts and Data Set Specializations.
