Investigate issue with hydrationSwap phase not moving forward automatically #1073
Description
Context
For EUR -> DOT onramps, Vortex passes Hydration to swap Assethub USDC to DOT on their DEX. Recently, the ramp process got stuck in the hydrationSwap phase, meaning the handler seemingly waited for a confirmation event that was never received (as checking the ephemeral account on Subscan showed that the swap executed). The phase never switched to 'failed' either. This was resolved by manually setting the current_phase to the next phase.
