Collapse/Expand all button

Hi there!

Sometimes I open some sidebar sublevel and everything is expanded since I had it opened before closing just a sublevel instead of all the tree 🤔 So I thought of a button like "Collapse/Expand All" on the sidebar, if it sounds useful.

Sounds reasonable to me. I will offer that as a good first issue. I want to focus a bit more on the big steps for now :) - Like Versioning and import.
