Compare two elections with same electoral map

While we can currently transform the election results by moving votes between political parties, but there is no visual way of seeing the comparison. 

There is a legacy for code for how it was done when it was a Jupyter Notebook, but there is no equivalent method for this in the code. 

I have left a structure for this, but the method needs to be done from scratch.
