[Feature] Support loop for stamping on table row

Stamping for table can be involved a lot of copy and paste, support looping function can simplify the works and reduce duplicate code.
Propose solution: add layer of logic before stamping, if the input file is template engine file, the file will converted to JSON file and pass to stamping.
