Add Table of Contents in README.md

Description:

The current README file looks good but can be improved for easier navigation. Adding a Table of Contents will help visitors quickly find the relevant sections.

Suggested Changes:

• Add a "Table of Contents" section near the top of the README (after the project title and badges).

• Include links to major sections.

Expected Outcome:

A cleaner and more structured README that’s easier to navigate for new contributors and visitors.

Additional Note:

Make sure the links in the table correctly navigate to their sections using markdown anchors.
