Would you accept a PR to make the wrapper type-safe?

Hi! I’ve rebuilt the client to be fully type-safe (verified against real API data) and PEP 561 compliant. Would you be open to a PR merging these changes? You can look at what I have so far here: https://github.com/ynbh/planet-terp-client. Since this is the official wrapper, I'd like to open a PR to make it robust. Thanks!
