The command: "wget https://plezanje.info/storage/db_lite.sql" returns Error 404

Zdravo,

I am trying to boost my knowledge of APIs and this repo looks promising but I can't get past the last installation steps. I don't have the password for option 1 to dump the database and the second option is not working. 

Could you help me with this? Is it ok for me to use this API for personal reasons (learning)?
