No upload of files when used in android

I am using the application through https://filesync.app and application on mobile is not uploading file. It just remain stuck at 0%.

As you can see the file is not being transferred at all. It is stuck. I am downloading this file from mobile to PC through site.

Thanks for raising this issue. This mostly looks like an issue with your mobile browser's version.

FileSync uses the WebRTC protocol to transfer files. If your mobile browser is outdated or does not fully support WebRTC, it may not work properly.

Would it be possible to try it in a different browser (Chrome or Firefox) for testing purposes?

I'm planning to release a new version that automatically checks for WebRTC support and displays a message if the browser is not compatible.

I've released a new version (v.3.7.0), which now automatically detects if the browser is compatible with WebRTC.

Could you please go to filesync.app, refresh your browser cache until v3.7.0 is displayed, and let me know if you see the following page?

OK so I am using the latest version and problem still exist.

I don't know why. but it is happening with somewhat big files. i sent a 34Kb file and it transferred in a bout a min of delay, that it shouldn't take.

1. Which device is the source: mobile or PC?
2. Does it work if you transfer files from PC to PC?
3. Which browser and version are you using on your mobile?
4. Which browser and version are you using on your PC?
5. Please visit https://filesync.app/test.html from both your PC and mobile, and share the output (make sure to remove your public IP).
6. I see you're using 4G on your mobile. If you switch to WiFi, does it work or still not?
7. Try using Private/Incognito mode in your browser on both PC and mobile, and make sure no add-ons or plug-ins are enabled. Does it work then?

Does this mean the file transfer worked, even though it was slow when you sent a 34 KB file between your mobile and PC?

Once I have all this information, I will be able to try replicating your scenario.
