People rarely set out with the intent to do you harm, yet still managing to negatively affect your health and wellbeing. A minority of your colleagues will make you feel like giving up or even doubt your own worth.

Practicalli is trialling an Engineer to Engineer counselling session. We will listening with empathy to your situation and suggesting coping mechanisms for negative situations. Discuss techniques for establishing clearer relationship boundaries to help you return to healthy relationships with your colleagues.

I have had a few good bosses but most have been terrible, either non-existent, simply passing on orders from higher up or unsupportive and even highly demoralising. At times I have questioned why I work at a specific company, why I work in the software industry and more concerning still questioning my own worth.

I have learned many different techniques to dealing with those situations we all wish we never had to deal with. I have come to appreciate that dealing with issues early stops negative feelings chipping away at your own confidence and self-worth.
