Dropdown for controller address as "advanced" feature #32
Description
Controller address could be shown as an advanced feature. The new contract api requires that you set a controller address and controller fee. This should just be defaulted to address(0) and fee == 0, and only if you toggle advanced do you see the controller settings component in the create-pool flow.
