i lose my saved options after a while

every time I configure leechblock with specific options I lose them after a while (maybe one day or two)
I am using Firefox with the same account on two machines, I thought this is because of the second machine and firefox synchronization. but I had been not using the second machine for a while and the problem still happening.
now I have to save the options and import them. sometimes i just be lazy to do that and i lose a lot of time on facebook.
I'd appreciate any temporal trick

I've had the same thing happen to me a couple of times now (FF 65.0.1 Linux, has happened previously with other FF versions). Everything goes back to defaults, empty Block Sets with default names, etc.

I had used "Export options to sync storage" in the past, and was able to get my lost options back just now with "Import options from sync storage".
