Have the webplatform be automatically started on computer startup

Description

When the computer (either PC or Mac) is turned on, a script should automatically start the webplatform.

Why is this needed?

This removes the requirement of knowing how to use a command line interface, which is crucial for non technical people.

On windows it is possible to use the shell startup folder, and add a script that will run the app from there,

For Apple, something like Launchd may be used instead.

If I may, this issue should only tackle the macos environment (at least for the coming stables) as it's a feature limited to the M2L2 at the moment :)

So it's not necessary to focus on Windows environment at the moment. Also I think this work can be separated from this project (except if it can be built internally to the webplatform)
