The DWC(dwc3) UDC is not working in current version of kernel(v4.14.52) #4
Description
The DWC(dwc3) UDC is not working in current version of kernel(v4.14.52), but it's working well in previous version(v4.14.35).
I have traced the dwc3 code, dwc3_gadget_pullup has been called and bit RUN_STOP in DCTL register has been set, but the UDC
hardware seems not pulling up the D+ signal, thus cause the PC(host) fail to start the USB setup procedure.
My test environment is MRB Fab D， on ACRN Hypervisor and lunched by Clearlinux SOS
