Where are the commands stored?

I'm wondering where does the created commands get stored.
I couldnt find anything in local or global settings.

It would be cool to have some kind of configuration per project in json format

I second this suggestion! Would make it a lot more flexible and easy to update the commands when needed as well.

I have changed to this extension: https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=seunlanlege.action-buttons
It lets me define the ones i want per project basis, allows me to execute vscode and external commands, and have some basic customization options per button. Exactly what i needed.

Ah nice! Yeah sorry this was kinda a mini project so I created this minimally for my use case. But happy to merge in PRs. Tbh if that extension above is better I'll probably end up using it myself haha 😁
