Request: Owner role in PyPI

Dear PyPI owners (@bubenkoff @pelme @jaraco @olegpidsadnyi @youtux),

Could you please add me and another pytest core maintainer (@RonnyPfannschmidt or @The-Compiler would do) as maintainers of pytest-services on PyPI?

We usually do that when repositories are transferred over to the pytest-dev organization, but failed to do that when pytest-services was transferred. The intent is to reduce bus factor.

I intend to modernize the CI, merge #47, and make a new release.
