Bug: Vue ESLint option injection

Describe the bug
The project is 2 years old, and the ESLint does not let the project run properly, since vue-cli-service injects an ESLint extensions options, which is not a valid ESLint option.

Possible solution
To solve the problem, recreating the project with Electron would be the simplest solution.
