Can anyone look https://github.com/t3hk0d3/smpp-protocol and leave some feedback? Its WIP (Work-In-Progress) and its still possible to consider some concerns or issues people meet dealing with SMPP using Ruby.
Unfortunately this project seems to be abandoned.
