**IMPORTANT** Reviving react-native-voice. Surface important PRs / issues here

Hello everyone, there has been a lot of activity and interest to get react-native-voice to a proper place. I unfortunately did not give it the attention it deserved.

Two things have changed for me

1. I left my job to focus on my new start up ChatXOS https://www.chatxos.com so I will have more time to maintain react-native-voice
2. voice will be a core feature to my application so I will personally be dogfooding and have a direct incentive to take care of the repo.

Lets use this issue to consolidate the most urgent PRs to get to a healthy state.

I'll be revisiting the tooling of this repo over the next couple weeks to prepare!
