Welcome mail doesnt work #6
Description
It seems that the Welcome message plugin doesn't work.
I am using Joomla 3.3.6, Jomsocial 3.2.1.5, PayPlans 3.2.2 and JSPT 4.0.14
I have set up the backend and enabled the plugin.
I enabled all 3 options (Enqueue, Private message and email) for testing and set access to public
However, on new user creation, nothing gets sent or created.
