Consider --no-remote-drush #17
Description
Some actions require a working remote drush, which can be broken by subtle PHP compatibility bugs causing the remote Drush to error out with a parse error.
We could have actions that use remote drush to advertise the fact and a switch that would skip all of them for panic situations.
