Update billing address snippet to send address info to Stripe

Right now it modifies the PayPal args, but we should do the same with Stripe.

Is there any way to feed this billing address into the WordPress user account so that when they go to purchase a product from Woocommerce they're not prompted to enter their address a second time?
Also, need to feed it into the AvaTax plugin so that it can calculate tax on subscription checkout.
