Implement an API to filter compliance results by duration or timeframe #52
Description
As a user or consumer (which could be another machine), I need to be able to provide a duration or time frame of compliance results I'm interested in and I expect the results to only contain results within this time frame, based on the scan time.
Acceptance Criteria:
- Must provide parameters for time boundaries of the query
- Must return only the compliance results conducted within the time frame
- Must return an empty set if there are no results within the specified time frame
- Must contain end-to-end testing that returns compliance scan results based on OpenShift compliance scan information
