Inquiry about running examples and user interaction

I appreciate your time and effort in developing this program. 

 I am interested in learning more about running the environments and how the user can interact with the program.
If I run the docker container, is it enough to try all environments? 
Could you please provide me with some instructions or documentation on how to interact with the environments using the keyboard?
