nodemon issue

Hi,

Nodemon is used in this repo to run the server side app, but nodemon is not listed under dependencies section anywhere. So when trying to up server is just breaks due to non-availability of nodemon.

Following is the error stack trace.

You could do npm install --save nodemon

Nodemon is not installed on your computer. Install it with either npm install nodemon or yarn add nodemon in the root directory.
