[Feature Request] Add `--include-hidden` option to allow setting `hidden=True`

I'm currently rewriting torf (and adapting torf-cli) and will keep that in mind. I think the propery fix would be to not handle hidden files specially in the first place. On Unix file systems, one can exclude hidden files with a glob or regex quite easily. I have no idea if hidden files are a thing on other file systems and how they work, but torf doesn't recognize them right now and so far nobody seemed to care.
