Compact build output #9

Description

@robertmaynard

Make cfarm parse output from all workers and display it in a cleaner format.
Where each worker gets a single line of output and shows a very 'ninja' like output:

[mavericks] out: [55/444] ....
[linux] out: [21/444] ...
[linux_gcc] out: [221/444]

When we encounter an error we cache the output, mark the worker as failed, and keep the rest of the workers displayed, e.g. something like this:

[linux_gcc] error
[mavericks] out: [125/444] ....
[linux] out: [300/444] ...

Finally when they are all finished we than display all the errors, and a short summary.

[linux_gcc] out: < dump of really long error >

== Failed Builds ==
 linux_gcc
== Successful Builds ==
 mavericks
 linux
