Hello @robna, congratz with the FAIR Data Prize! That's how I found this repo ;)
I saw your spectra and was thinking if you might be interested in a package that pre-processes and can deconvolute parts of these type of spectra. I wrote this package for that https://github.com/MyPyDavid/raman-fitting.
Are you pursuing the de-convolution of these spectra?
