Bug in temi V3 meeting calls feature

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue we've been experiencing with the calling feature of the Temi (V3) robot recently which was not present earlier. There seems to be a bug when receiving meeting calls. The issue is quite inconsistent; sometimes the user is unable to join the call, and it indicates that the host needs to admit the user. However, there is no option to admit the user within the Temi meeting window.

Interestingly, if we press the 'control on all' button in the meeting window, the user gets admitted. This appears to be a bug in Temi's software. Additionally, even when the user is admitted, the microphone and speaker sometimes fail to work. We have to repeatedly mute and unmute to get them functioning properly.

We are using the below functionality to start the meeting.

It sounds like the issue is on the other side, may I know what clients the robot is calling to?

startMeeting will automatically admit the particiants to join the meeting, I am afraid the other side failed to receive the automated admission, until as you said, "control on all" button clicked, which triggered another publishing of event, only then the other side was able to receive both the adminssion, and "control on all" command.

You can try to call different clients like Android mobile / iOS mobile / temi center, and see if this is the same behavior.
