Window zoom "jumps"

When window zooming with SHIFT+mouse selection then when the animation starts it jumps to another position in the map and therefor it gets a funny curved animated zoomin. Funny to see but not right.

I can't see the jump. The curved animation I can see. I tried to avoid, but at the moment I have no idea how to do. The mathematics is not really easy.
