List ROM files by title

Allow listing all games from different platforms which have a title that falls into the filter.

Describe the solution you'd like
Let me pass the name of a character, or theme or whatever and get all ROMs with that.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Go one by one which is a pain.

Additional context
This will make the tool better to use and life easier.
